The Amelia Oceanfront Bed & Breakfast is a charming, historic house nestled in the sands of the Atlantic shoreline. The inn offers six beautiful oceanfront guest suites decorated in New England seaport style. You can view ocean shrimpers on their daily haul from our oceanfront deck or you can take a much needed sunrise walk on the beach or enjoy the search for the latest tidal seashell deposits. The beach is just steps away from your back door.

For more fun off the beach you can explore the wonders of Amelia Island:  the historic district, the shrimpers, golf, tennis, fine dining, and so much more. Learn about the late Victorian era through a walking architecture tour in downtown Fernandina Beach. Bicycling around out lovely barrier island can be the perfect way  to see everything!  Fort Clinch  State Park offers a historical tour and a great view of the lighthouse  as well as trails through the magical beach forest , dunes and sea marshes.

I am interested in finding space for several families the third week of July. What would you charge to rent your entire B & B for the week? Suzann

Dear Suzann
I presently have a family that rents the entire Inn for 10 days in the first part of July, I charge them around $8000.00 with breakfast. For two weeks we could go a lot cheaper without breakfast. I have to tell you that I do have the whole inn available after the 16th of July but I don’t think that will last too long, people are booking now for the summer. Please call me at 904 430 0026 to discuss the possibility of this.
Thank you,

Do you have an area for a wedding reception with the wedding on the beach? (approximately 100 guest)

We certainly have the beach space we are right on the beach and next door tothe public access and have avilable parking for about 20 cars total. We are a very small inn with 6 suites and 7 bathrooms so i do not know if 100 peiple is viable. I also do nothave any are inside to have a group in if it were to rain.

If you just wanted to be outside you can set up tents and such and rent all the downstairs units to allow people to use the bathrooms, and also use the patio on the ocedanside, but most activities would have to be on the beach.

If you are interested give me a call and we can talk about what you need. I do have a chef who used to be a pastry chef and specializes in wedding cakes.
