We can accommodate small beach weddings, outdoor receptions and small catered dinners. We have recently accommodated an elopement wedding for 8 people, an intimate wedding for 16 people and a larger wedding for 24 people.
To use the Inn as your base for a regular beach wedding (elopement weddings excluded) you must rent the entire Inn (6 Suites) for a 3 day minimum; rate is $1250.00 a day (excl. tax) up to a maximum of 18 people. The total Suites can sleep a maximum of 22 people comfortably, but for each additional person more than 18, we will charge $25 per day excl. tax.
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, which is refundable for up to 4 weeks before the wedding. In addition, experience has unfortunately taught us to levy a damage deposit of $400.
Beach, oceanfront deck and patio can be used for the ceremony and reception, but set up and decorations need to be arranged for by the wedding party, unless otherwise arranged. Wedding parties in the past rented our 10×30 outdoor tent ($200 for the event) which is recommended in case of rain or midsummer heat.
Our rates include daily 4 course American breakfast for up to the maximum amount of people as are staying in the Inn.
We do not cater receptions or dinners, but are glad to direct you to caterers and restaurants that have successfully catered previous weddings and parties.
Innkeeper TJ can be your “go to” gal in planning your wedding from flowers to decorations, entertainment, caterers and photography (videography) to transportation and officiating.
Her standard package includes officiating, bride’s bouquet, wedding cake, a bottle of Champagne, photography and basic decorations. $300

With Autumn now among us I reflect back on my summer wedding. We wanted to have a small, quaint, private, beach wedding. I stumbled upon the B&B while researching beach weddings in Northern Florida and I am soooo glad I did. When we arrived at the B&B TJ greeted us with a very warm welcome. She and Han sat on the back deck with our family that afternoon while we all got to know one another. We shared wine, laughs, and late night conversation with TJ and Han. They were wonderful hosts and made us feel very comfortable and welcome in their inn. They accommodated the needs of 4 little boys, 3 diabetics, and a nervous bride and groom. Our wedding was more memorable having Han, TJ, and Scooter being a part of it. If you want a small, private beach wedding and reception area Amelia OceanFront B&B is the place.
