We have space to accommodate small beach weddings, outdoor receptions and outdoor small restaurant catered dinners. We do not have an interior room to host parties. There are two types of wedding packages that you may choose.
Information:• To enjoy the Inn as a base for your beach wedding (elopement weddings excluded) you must rent the entire Inn (6 Suites) for a 3 day minimum rate of $1250.00 per day (excl. room tax). This arrangement allows for a maximum of 18 people. Combined, the six suites can sleep a maximum of 22 people, but for each additional guest over the age of 12, we will charge $25 per day extra (excl. tax)
• A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, which is non-refundable if cancelled four weeks or less prior to the wedding. Exceptions to this policy will be at the discretion of the Innkeepers.
• In addition, experience has taught us to levy a damage deposit of $400, which will be refunded once Inn has been inspected on day of departure.
• Beach, oceanfront deck and patio can be used for the ceremony and reception, but set up and decorations need to be arranged for by the wedding party or wedding planner. Please call us if you would like help choosing a wedding planner or caterers. There is a rental company on the island.
• A professional PA system with microphone and stand can be rented from us for the price of $75 per event, which includes set up and break down and cabling to connect to a music device.
• Our rates include daily, a 4-course American breakfast for up to the maximum amount of people as are staying in the Inn.
• We do not cater receptions or dinners, but are glad to direct you to caterers and restaurants that have successfully catered previous weddings and parties. Caterers will get access to our Inn’s kitchen facilities for food preparations and refrigeration, with the understanding that premises will be left clean upon departure.
• Innkeeper TJ is experienced and ready to help plan your “Elopement Package” The standard wedding package for two includes: Officiate, Bride’s Spray Bouquet (your choice of color), Chocolate Covered Strawberries, Small Wedding Cake, Bottle of Champagne, Photography (CD form) and Vase of Flowers which will be beautifully placed in your suite with all the little extra touches for a total fee of $375. Charged a week in advance. If you would like to add any extras, please contact us for pricing. Elopement packages can be adjusted to accommodate up to six people (including bride and groom) at no extra charge, as long as the additional guest are staying at the Inn as well.
